Chef Boris Paukman has a rich culinary experience in hotels and restaurants. For the past 11 years, he served as the head chef of The ‘Bereshit’ Hotel and, at the same time, as the chef of the Haifa Football Club. In the past, Paukman accompanied the opening of the Hotel Kedama.
